Setting up your Optometric Exam
In order to provide the best training plan for you or your child, we want to have as many detailed measurements as possible. Our optometrists will provide detailed testing, and then pass along the roadmap for your training to us.
Please use this page to set up your exam, and be sure to let us know the date/time/doctor you scheduled with once you book the appointment, so that we may pass the details of your assessment on to the appropriate doctor.
Both Dr. Elton and Dr. Oda are great at what they do and great to work with.
STEP 1 -
Do you need an updated 20/20 exam too?
If you have had a standard 20/20 exam within the last 6 months, you can ask the office you visited for a copy of the full records of that appointment and bring those to your visit with our optometrist. Our optometrist will only perform the vision therapy exam.
If it has been more than 6 months, or if you’ve never had one, you’ll need to do both. The standard exam is not included with our training package but insurance should cover that portion.
*If you need both tests, both can be done in one time slot. Please bring your insurance information if you will be requiring a standard exam.
Please communicate to us if you will require a standard exam or if you will be bringing records with you.

Please confirm at this step that the appointment is with Dr. Elton or Dr. Oda
STEP 4 - CALL to Book
Please call rather than booking online. Ask to “schedule a vision therapy exam with Dr. Elton/Oda”.

STEP 5 - Tell us when your appointment is
Right after you book your exam, please email us the booking details (date/time/doctor/location) so that we may tell our optometrist to expect you, and to pass on important details (visual concerns, reason for training, etc.)
